 Customer centricity seen as critical...

But the gaps remain!

A 2014 study by the CMO council showed that 73% of marketers say customer centricity is critical to success for both the business and their own roles but only 14% of marketers believe that their organizations have achieved top levels of customer centricity and only 11% believe their customers would say that their companies are highly customer-centric.
