  • To develop deeper empathy for the customer
  • To strengthen skills around insights: what makes a good insight, how to generate insights and how to use insights
  • To develop new business ideas based on insights generated during the workshop

Target population

Marketers, customer experience managers and insight/research managers

Approach

A 2 separate days session covering the insight generation process inspired by human-centered design / design thinking:
  • Gathering observations
  • Turning observations into insights
  • Translating insights into business ideas

Participants are assigned a customer mission between the two training days.
